RabbitPro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the RabbitPro mobile application and website at myrabbitpro.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use RabbitPro:

• Account information: Your email address and password when you create an account
• Profile information: Your name and farm/rabbitry name that you optionally provide
• Rabbitry data: Information you enter about your rabbits, breedings, litters, health records, weights, expenses, and sales
• Usage data: Basic app usage information to help us improve the service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the RabbitPro service:

• To store and sync your rabbitry data across your devices
• To send you password reset emails when requested
• To generate PDF reports and certificates from your data
• To provide customer support

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do NOT use your rabbitry data for advertising. We do NOT share your information with other users.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a trusted cloud platform. Each user account is completely isolated — no other user can access your data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account), which permanently removes all your data from our systems within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

RabbitPro uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and file storage — Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google Fonts: Typography in the app and website

6. Children's Privacy

RabbitPro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data (contact us to request)

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of RabbitPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
