RabbitPro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the RabbitPro mobile application and website at myrabbitpro.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use RabbitPro:

• Account information: your email address and password when you create an account.
• Profile information: your name and farm/rabbitry name that you optionally provide.
• Rabbitry data: information you enter about your rabbits, breedings, litters, health records, weights, expenses, and sales.
• For-sale listings and buyer inquiries: if you mark a rabbit for sale and publish a listing to our website, that listing's photo, description, and price become publicly visible to anyone with the link. If a visitor submits the "Notify the Breeder" form on your listing, we collect the name, contact information (email or phone), and location they provide, and share it with you so you can follow up. This information is deleted once you add the inquiry to your waitlist or dismiss it, and is never used by us for any other purpose.
• Usage data: basic app usage information to help us improve the service.
• Crash and diagnostic data: if the app crashes or encounters an error, basic technical details (device type, OS version, app version, and the error itself) are automatically collected to help us fix the problem. This does not include your rabbitry data.
• Bug reports: if you use the in-app "Report a bug" feature, we collect the description you provide, your account email (or an alternate contact email if you provide one), and basic device/app version info to help us investigate.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the RabbitPro service:

• To store and sync your rabbitry data across your devices.
• To send you password reset emails when requested.
• To generate PDF reports and certificates from your data.
• To connect breeders with interested buyers through published for-sale listings, and to deliver buyer inquiries to the listing's owner.
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• To provide customer support.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your rabbitry data for advertising. We do not share your information with other users, beyond what you deliberately publish in a for-sale listing.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a trusted cloud platform. Each user account is completely isolated — no other user can access your data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account), which permanently removes your rabbits, records, published listings, and profile from our systems. Buyer inquiries on a listing are retained only until you act on them, as described above.

5. Third-Party Services

RabbitPro uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: authentication, database, and file storage — Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: automatic crash and error reporting, so we can find and fix problems quickly — Firebase Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: manages subscription status and purchase history for paid plans — RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: processes subscription payments directly. We never see or store your payment card details.
• Google Fonts: typography in the app and website.

6. Children's Privacy

RabbitPro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export your data — anytime, from Settings → Export all my data (PDF) in the app, or by contacting us for another format.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of RabbitPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
