Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RabbitPro mobile application and website at myrabbitpro.com (together, the "Service"), operated by NAS Albeit Rabbitry ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RabbitPro is a rabbitry management tool that lets breeders track rabbits, breedings, litters, health records, weights, finances, and optionally publish for-sale listings to a public web page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If you are using RabbitPro on behalf of a farm or business, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at support@myrabbitpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

RabbitPro offers a free Personal plan and paid Breeder and Pro plans, billed monthly or annually through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel anytime through the Google Play Store; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's own refund policies — we do not process refunds directly.
• If you downgrade to a plan with a lower active-rabbit limit, any rabbits over that limit become read-only until you either upgrade again or reduce your active roster; nothing is deleted.
• We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods, not one you've already paid for.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the rabbitry data you enter into RabbitPro. You're responsible for its accuracy — RabbitPro is a record-keeping tool, not a source of veterinary, breeding, or financial advice, and calculated dates, totals, and reports are only as good as the information you provide.

If you publish a rabbit as a public listing, you're responsible for the accuracy of that listing and for handling any resulting buyer inquiries, including complying with any laws that apply to selling animals in your area. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any transaction between you and a buyer.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the app or website.
• Use the public listing or "Notify the Breeder" form to submit false information or to harass a breeder.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculated date, report, or total will be accurate — always verify anything critical (medical, financial, or otherwise) independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RabbitPro and NAS Albeit Rabbitry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or a breeding/sale outcome. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
